Hi @dinohoo, thanks for your examples. Until the issue is resolved, please avoid working with PUR and updating the venue in a single transaction. I mean you need to reject/approve PUR first → Save and then update venue → Save. Sorry for the inconvenience, but, meanwhile, this will help to avoid this error.
