I noticed your L1 test account is in the ‘editors-wme-beta-testers’ group; perhaps that group has permission to use that tag.
Unfortunately I’m not part of the WME Beta group,
I’ve tried re-logging, and opening the page in Incognito mode; I’m still getting the same error.
