I would like to request that there be additional choices to the weather hazards such as: Heavy Rain,
and Haze, as wazers tend to use hazards like hail and fog to substitute as there isn’t a category for these conditions and it can be more than a little confusing to new users expecting hail on the stretch ahead. Being that we are situated at a tropical climate I think this should be given some consideration. Thanks
The Hazard → Rain option was been removed because it was been abused by Wazer.
As for Haze, may I suggest to open a discussion topic in our Facebook Group : Waze In Malaysia, if majority of the community are agree with it, we may requesting this feature in the App…
Whatever option added, user will always tend to abuse. Haze- every morning user at places with fogs user will use Haze. Heavy rain with big water droplet, user will use hail. Heavy Rain with that may cause aquaplane water on, user report as flood.

Well I do understand that wazers will abuse the hazards but the issue is more to inform others of the visibility on the roads. Perhaps there could be an option where visibility is listed under the hazard option?
Waze need to find a mechanism where all those report not easily abuse by user like only after 3 report by user it will trigger as hazard. Off course Waze have to think global. What is bad in Malaysia can be good for other country and vice versa.
Waze Community Leader in Malaysia always think the option that is good and useful for the country and the region. They always provide the feedback / suggestion to Waze.
Removing of rain is one feedback to Waze.
