Hi,
according to Your Rank and Points the requirement for auto promotion to L2 is 3k edits. AFAIK auto promotion also works for L1-2 in countries with self management like Austria. Since you passed the 3k only yesterday it might take some days to work automatically.
I suppose you have not been forced to L1 if you are asking like this.
