Request to remove photos on the Hampton Inn Sacramento/Rancho Cordova listing

Hello! For the hotel Hampton Inn Sacramento/Rancho Cordova please remove the following images. They show outdated hotel exterior.

The removal request comprises eight of the nine existing photos for this hotel’s Waze Place, all of which were taken between 2015 and 2017. I’ve reviewed recent Google Street View imagery and can confirm that the hotel did get an exterior makeover since that time.

The only photograph that the request did not mention is very similar to one it did, so I suspect it was omitted by mistake rather than intention.

Probably the best course of action is simply to remove all nine of these decade-old photos. First I’ll check with the local editor community to make sure I’m not missing something.

One additional detail: turbomkt, our assistant regional coordinator, asked that a few of the older photographs be left until such time as new photographs are collected. It was felt that two or three well-curated photographs are better than no photographs at all, even if there is no longer a perfect match with the exterior.

I have left a note that the old photographs are to be removed when new photographs arrive. Cheers!
