Route 347 in Smithtown/Nesconset

Hello,

This is my first forum post so I hope I am doing the right thing. Everyday I use Waze to check the traffic on my way to work and everyday it is fine and dandy until I get close to my job.
I know exactly where I work and how to get there, but I like to have the GPS on.
Waze thinks that you need to make a U-Turn to get to the final destination. How do I go about having this error fixed? I keep reporting the map error as wrong driving directions, but it is never resolved. I have attempted to fix the error on the map, but have been unsuccessful. I am not sure why the GPS wants me to go to the south side of a road when the destination is on the north side. HELP!

Thanks,

Rachel

Hello, Rachel!

You’re doing fine! And you have come to the right place. But I think you will get a wider audience in the Waze Editor forum. Your question is a good one to put there and you’ll get lots of people looking at it.

What you want to do is post a “permalink” (Instructions here) and the addresses. You don’t have to give your home address, just pick another that shows the problem and someone will be able to help you out.
