On a trip from Omaha to Indian Cave, State Park, Waze routed us off I 29 at the Watson exit to Road D south, which ended up at a closed road at Highway 136 with no way to turn around with a trailer! Had to backup a mile to get turned around. 
Thanks for posting this error. I did some digging and found this piece announcing the closure as part of ongoing road works. but you must have had the worst timing, as it was scheduled to end on Wednesday. Obviously they may have fallen behind, but we don’t have any additional information for adding a long-term closure.
@nimper2000 did share with me additional information, and I added a closure thru friday.
