I have an S2 and don’t have a flickering problem.
Can you give details about what happens, when it happens, and what ROM you have on your phone, i.e. stock or custom, and what version?

I have an S2 also and have no issues with the current version of Waze or GPS in my handset. My S2 is running 4.0.3.

The street/landmark names is a common issue. A lot of people has that.

What android version do you have? I was just allowed to upgrade to version 4.0.4 and have not had a problem like you are experiencing. Although tiles on the client are not consistent (especially going over water). But I am sure this will get resolved :roll:

waze 3.2.1.0
android version 2.3.3
samsung galaxy s2
ok when i start waze.
navigate to office.
enlarge n zoom OK

then i switch on GPS
screen flicker non stop
cant even exit
keep on flashing

Location and security
tried USE SENSOR AIDING -ON
better now

advice??

LATEST: tried upgrade to android 4.0.3
WORKING !!!
