OK, so the problem is actually with the PUR popup code, not with anything related to the places associated with those PURs - this was caused by a change in the information included as part of the PUR marker object within the WME data model, so my code now needs to look in a different part of the model for the info it needs to generate the popup… The same problem also affected map problem markers, so you’ve just help fix two problems for the price of one, nice work 
Hopefully this is also resolved with the latest update, please let me know if it isn’t.
3.163a fixes the PUR and MP popups, and place filtering. I’d forgotten to include the latter in the original upload to greasyfork, hence the addition of the ‘a’ suffix to this release…
I upgraded to the version 3.163a, performed “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”, but still see all the above problems, including the exception.
Sorry Twister-UK, still no joy for me. Using 3.162a with no other scripts running, I still cannot get the Save button to highlight after I selected and approved a PUR. I’ve kept the console running:

For me, when URO+ is enabled (in beta or prod WME), most of the times, segments are loaded with all turns disabled (red).
It did indeed - as soon as I applied your settings to my system the fault showed up. Restore my own settings and it went away… Comparing the differences between our respective settings then allowed me to narrow the problem down even further than the console screengrabs you’d provided, and with the latest version I no longer see any problems regardless of which settings I’m using.
3.164 fixes the problem with PUR filtering identified by abc1357…
It looks that it solved (for me) also the red turns issue

The filters are working only in low zoom levels. In high zoom levels the filters are not working. For example if I put [NOTE] in a MC, and try to filter this tag, the MC stays on the map unless I zoom out.
Is it a WAD?

That was the cause.
In case anyone’s wondering why this setting exists, the background for it is based on how I use WME when managing my areas.
I typically have one tab open with WME zoomed all the way out, and then open seperate tabs for each individual UR, MP etc I’m dealing with. As such, I want the filtering options to be active on the zoomed out view so I can focus on the stuff I want to deal with, but when I then switch to the more zoomed in tabs to deal with each thing, I then want to be able to see any other URs, MPs etc in that immediate area, in case there’s something relevant to the thing I’m working on that might otherwise be hidden by the filter settings…

I suggest that in case that a map comment is tagged, then the MC will be colored with a color that is specific for that tag. Also I suggest to add a tag for a camera such as SL or Live Camera.
Closures I am adding in the WME are showing up as in-app closures in URO+.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue?
This is related to a bug in WME which is causing it to forget the data associated with segments after certain operations - if you’ve got segment popups enabled and they start showing “non-existent streetID” instead of the actual segment name, or if you click on a segment and it shows “No address” in the left-hand side panel instead of the actual name, then it indicates WME has lost the data.
At this point, any closures added to segments will be generated with blank location data - WME knows which segment the closures are being added to, but not which streets those segments relate to. Unfortunately, blank location data is also a trait of closures generated from the Waze app and, until this WME bug surfaced, was the only way to differentiate an in-app closure from a WME one…
Waze staff have now informed us that this bug has been fixed, though at present there’s no indication when this fix will turn up in the production version of WME, so until this happens please be patient and pay attention to any unexpected loss of street names.
