Canât seem to get the current version of ClickSaver to load for me either on Firefox v54.0.1 which I am forced to use at work. I see the script updated this morning when I launched the browser and it has worked on the previous version for me every time until this update. I also donât see anything obvious in the Browser Console log when reviewing nor did a see a Save As option.
I was able to downgrade to version 0.8.1 and it works Great
Mine is very sporadic. Works sometimes disappears others.

Mind if I ask how you find and install an older version?
On the Greasyfork site for the script, if you click on the History tab, you can select any previous version and downgrade.
Hooray, thank you for the tip and directions! Itâs back!
I believe I understand now what the issue is with 0.8.2 and Iâll get a fix for that as soon as I can. Until then, if youâre having issues with 0.8.2 please follow n4dogâs instructions below to downgrade to 0.8.1.
Release v0.8.3
Iâm hoping this will resolve the issue where ClickSaver fails to load when users arenât able to access Google docs. It should fall back to the US English translations in that case.
Please let me know if you continue to experience issues with this version. Thanks!

Today i was looking for average speed camera checkbox, but with Clicksaver enabled, this checkbox is hidden. It might be some collision with other script but immediately after disabling Clicksaver, average speed checkbox is visible. Could you please confirm the same behavior, or it is only my problem? Thx.
There is an option in Click Saver to show or hide Average speed camera.
thx, i did not noticed it is under space savers, i was expecting it in âaddâ section

I think you are using a script that alter the WME interface (such as âWME Tab Managerâ)
if so, disable the âTab Managerâ and you will be able to adjust âWME ClickSaverâ settings again
Please notify me if such behaviour is found. WME Tab Manager has been made specifically to rearrange and hide tabs, so itâs to be expected that it might hide such a tab (if instructed to do so). But it shouldnât have any other impact and shouldnât break any scripts as it doesnât really remove the tab from the page.
New feature request for this scriptâŚ
Addressing guidance in the USA with regard to cities has resulted in a lot of work to add alternative city names to segments. This is done because the primary city name in Waze, if not part of an incorporated city, is the township or CDP name, which is often (usually) different than the city name used for USPS addresses in fringe areas and unincorporated suburbs. Adding USPS cities as alternate names results in a much friendlier search experience, especially when the CDP or township names are not in common local usage but USPS cities are. In addition, the alternate city name provides some differentiation between addresses for âno cityâ areas so we donât end up with the occasional duplicate addresses in the same state but nowhere even remotely near each other.
The result of this guidance is us editing literally every named segment not within an incorporated city, to add an alternate city name in each case. This is a LOT of clicks and swipes, so I hoping this script is the place to be able to cut down on the repetitive steps.
In practice, these are the steps:
- Select segment
- Click âselect entire streetâ (or press CTRL+A) (optional)
- Click segment name to open segment name editor
- Click segment name field
- Swipe all contents (or press CTRL+A)
- Press CTRL+C to copy
- Click â+ Add alternative nameâ
8A. If the City field checkbox âNoneâ is selected, unselect it
9A. Click into the City field
-or-
8B. Click into the City field
9B. Swipe all contents (or press CTRL+A to select all) - Type the first letter of the desired city, and select it from the options
- Tab down to the Street field
- press CTRL+V to paste in copied city name from step 6.
- Press enter to accept segment name changes.
What I am hoping is possible to add to this script is to add a small button or link near the segment name info on the left panel, probably named âAdd alt Cityâ. Clicking this link would open the segment name editor view to include the alternate name fields activated, with the City field enabled but blank, and the Street field would have the segmentâs name pre-filled in. That would reduce the process from 13 steps to just 5:
- Select segment
- Click âselect entire streetâ (or press CTRL+A) (optional)
- Click âAdd alt Cityâ button (opens segment name editor, including alt name options, with cursor placed in the alt city field and street name field pre-filled out)
- Type the first letter of the desired city, and select it from the options
- Press enter to accept segment name changes.
Also noticed no one else brought it up, but the speed limit buttons for CS seem to me missing in the new WME display, requiring manual selection of the two fields and typing in the values. This can be seen in imagery in the previous post.
Positively medieval.
