What can it do?
— Create an additional panel with buttons for setup a set of [road properties](https://github.com/AntonShevchuk/wme-e95) in one click (type+speed+city+lock level+etc.)
— It supports keyboard shortcuts (choose a road segment to initial shortcuts)
:idea: If you need different settings for your country, let me know, and I will add settings for your country
