Hi, the Permalink+ is not working for the beta editor. When I click on the “W” , the site site redirects to https://www.waze.com/ . The "L’ for the livemap is also not working. Thanks

This afternoon tested the WME Permalink+ is working already. Thanks :mrgreen:

Minor fixes + new feature: you can add your own permalinks now (beta).

To add a permalink click on “+” then type a “+” and a permalink code.
To remove last added permalink click “+” then type “–”.
To remove, for instance, permalink P click “+” then type “-P”.
To reset permalinks to their defaults click “+” and then type “—”.

Your custom permalinks are stored in the browser’s local storage.

A permalink code is a javascript object or a comma separated list of objects. Example:

Just to report that after installing the latest version 1.0, the old version 0.99.3 is still there. I need to manually remove it.

When I click on “+” and paste the URL address copied from the public WME, the beta WME points me to USA & Canada instead of World server.

Just one thing only. Can you write the script to over ride the older version when install the newer version? Currently on my Chrome browser, I need to manually remove the older script version. Not a big issue but good to have. :smiley:

Can the center geocoordinates (lon,lat) of the Permalink paste be displayed in WME’s Search box?

Could the Permalink simply be pasted into WME’s Search box?

If the text in the clipboard is a string of segment ids, could that be used in lieu of a permalink?

It’s a good idea to use the search box. I’ll try to implement it, but no promises.

Hi I’ve found that when I click the “W” , it opens a new tab with AM layer turned on for both the public and Beta WME. It does not follow the original WME layers that was set.

Found another issue. For Beta WME can’t use the “+” to paste from public WME.

Do I understand it correctly, would this allow me to get a permalink without refreshing the whole editor? If so, could it be added to Validator? This would be extremely useful for having to permalink groups and groups of segments over and over for Mega Traffic Events. Of course, it would’ve been more useful if I had it 2 weeks ago :lol:
