[Script] WME Toolbox (>1.4.2.8)

1.4.3.9 Fix: bug with zoom parameter in external permalinks Update: OSM permalink url has changed New: Autofix features will now stop at 100 edits and ask user to save Update: Internal debugger removed because of false positives

In Safari, if the update dialog comes up, and I click “OK”, it takes me to the update page – but when I click “back” in the browser, it goes to whatever the page was before I opened the editor. Not sure if it’s possible to change this behavior, or if it’s just something with Safari.

If that can’t be changed, maybe could you put a “Back to WME” link below the “WME Toolbox for Safari” header?

Any chance of adding this map database from México?

Thanks!

How do you make a permalink on this site ?

I’d like to suggest that the segment popup list (the green checkmark) has its button title changed from Cancel to Close. “Cancel” implies that the changes you made with the popup open will be reversed/decommitted.

Also, any chance to get the column headings not to scroll with the data? You have to scroll up to the top to resort the data to find what you want.

Ok

Well not easy to do, so not at this time.

Understood. Thanks for thinking about it.

1.4.4.0 New: Highlight segments with positive or negative elevation New: Keyboard shortcut to reset elevation to ground

Omg, elevation highlighting at last!!!

Wow. I just noticed the whole section of Toolbox keyboard shortcuts. Very cool. I suppose that has been there for months now.

LOL Kent!

Inconsistency: highlighting of levels puts green highlight on “blank” level segments, but the segment list shows them as “Ground”.

Recommended solution: modify segment list to consider “blank” differently from “Ground”.

Could you please exclude non-drivable roads … for example all railroads are set to at least one level above the other streets crossing or around to avoid automatic reports of errors…
or at least to have a separate option for non-drivable segments…

Thanks?

Option is better – this does help make sure that railroads are set correctly.

IIRC, it is in the Best Map Editing Practice that they be set to -5…

It happened on the roundabout that was there. I have no idea what was wrong.

Toolbox is not suppressing this node. it is being flagged as unneeded by validator.

What can I do when i receive the following message: “WME Toolbox Abort: Multiple Cities with same name on country! please check”? When I change the name manually, the editor accepts the name. Thanks

Are you sure of the message ? Toolbox should NOT generate a “WME Toolbox abort” message…
