Greetings jm6087, that part the temgo activated but not active in the wme, the bar and all functions disappeare.
There was an update to WME today that crashed a lot of scripts. TB is currently broken and only working partially for me. I am not sure if that is the issue or not.
The missing bar has been reported for a while now. The thought was it was fixed, but then quickly started having issues again.
How about migrating the Toolbox to the tab in the left pane? The challenges with the top bar would no longer be an issue, and TB UI would be more like the majority of scripts.

We’re giving this suggestion a very favourable thought.
A number of users have reported issues with Toolbox not loading when opening WME lately. I find it is worse when opening a PL and there are a bunch of parameters in the URL.
I am now unable to get the tool box to load when editing in Pakistan. If I move over to a spot in India It will load, and I can go back to Pakistan and it works until I reload. I notice there is not a settings sheet for Pakistan in the WMETB Current Country Framework Settings spreadsheet. Is that a problem?

a stopgap for those who do not have the toolbox loading is, disable the option to load on the websites automatically (according to the option available in the chrome extension).
That way when opening the wme it is necessary to activate the toolbox manually by clicking on the respective icon available in the browser bar.

The above workaround seems to have resolved the stuck HN mode problem as well, haven’t had it happen all day.
The stuck HN mode is related to the TB menu being wiped out.
Why the permalink tools has been removed from the toolbox?
It looks like there are still several locations that need to have OL. changed to OpenLayers.
Not sure if that is the only issue.
It’s because WME dev have added a <div> in the HTML code. TB couldn’t find the way anymore.
