Ruh, ro, I had to do the same thing! :shock:
To clarify, since this issue began (with Chrome 59.x), that has been the behavior noted here, everytime. After the initial REPAIR, as long as Chrome is not completely closed, no further action is needed. Closing the Waze tab, refreshing, etc. do not cause Toolbox problems.
IAW, about 10 seconds of REPAIR actions in the morning is good till turning off the PC at night. The kind of problem I can live with, if need be.

In the latest DEV version (61.0.3124.11 - 64 bits), the Toolbox works perfectly.

I decided to conduct a little experiement. I closed down all instances of Chrome, and tadaâŚI had to repair tool box.

It appears the issue may have been with Chrome all along, and the update referred to above is the latest developer update to Chrome (not Toolbox). That means we should hopefully see the update in the production version of Chrome soon.

I have no idea what it means when Chrome detects that an extension needs to be repaired. Since it seems to be dependant on the Chrome release if this happens, I tend to share the interpretation that this is an internal issue of Chrome itself.
Since I wouldnât know what we can do about it, letâs see if this goes away by itself with Chrome updates.
Using Chrome Canary (Chrome 61), Toolbox does not need to be repaired. Been using WME with Chrome Canary and it is stable. Download the browser here. Tampermonkey has very easy export/import and Sync Chrome is easy (just use the same email address you use for Stable Chrome (Chrome 59).
It happens when I clear my browsing data in Google Chrome.
How does Canary handle all of the the other WME extensions? Is it stable? Any details would be great.

Felt too lazy to remove the junky part, but you have the list of all scripts I use. All of them are stable on Google Chrome Canary. It is the same experience as Google Chrome Stable.
Most of the time, I leave only few on. (WME FU, ClickSaver, Speeds, Google Maps Link, Toolbox, and URC, URO+, JAI)
And it might be worth mentioning that while Canary is a DEV version, you can install and run it side by side with the regular version of Chrome. So if youâre having problems with Canary or just donât like it, you can always open up the regular version instead.

Then you have most likely switched them off 
Click the red lock icon in the toolbar.
I switched to the newest 60.0.3112.32 beta (64bit). TB is still corrupted and not functional.
