[Script] WME Toolbox

As some of most curious users already know, I’ve added a brand new plugin which is called “WME Toolbox”.

[EDIT: The continuation of this thread has been moved to a new thread.]

Sounds interesting. Will install it soon

Why a roundabout with non consecutive IDs is bad?
They seem to work well for me.

Maybe it’s better to give the not Rb feauture to AM only, as it’s quite boring to reverse it.

It seems to work well. Thanks. One question: I can’t find a “not a roundabout” button - where is it?

I like the idea of that feature very much. It should save having to draw a roundabout, use it as a template to draw a round road (not easy), and then delete the roundabout.

Just select any segment of a roundabout, and the button should appear on the left side. If not please tell me.

Oh there it is. Thanks much.

Using Chrome beta, Mac OS 10.8, all is good. Thanks.

When I try it in Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m with WME v1.2-17-g9688097 I get the error:

Is this Chrome only?

It has been tested with Firefox/Greasemonkey and Chrome.

New feature for all users: Auto hide left panel option! Just refresh the page if you were editing…

I tried it. For me (MacOS, Chrome beta),

  • it blanked the left panel but did not hide it (expand the editing area) :frowning:
  • I couldn’t figure out how to get the left panel back
I could look at the code but perhaps you could explain, for me and all of us

Thanks much, I like the idea.

Can you refresh and try again ?

Argh little issue with Firefox again… looking to fix it.

Fixed. As always, please refresh and tell me it all is ok.

Now on version 1.0.8, and it works much better but doesn’t always trigger (could be having too much going on in Chrome).

Y’know what I would really like? Drag handles on the left panel so I can keep it open but about 75% as wide as it usually is.

When I have the auto-hide enabled and the info panel is collapsed, zooming with the scroll wheel or double clicking shifts the map image. That is it doesn’t zoom centered on the pointer location.

I feel it is a bad idea to call junctions were u-turns exist on a segment a “bad junction.” This isn’t actually true any more. it’s a u-turn and it’s probably there on purpose.

You’re right. Renamed to “Show all U-turns and reverse connexions”.

Yes I reproduced the bug. I’ll look for it. Does someone have any idea about how to sync mouse pos when editor size is changed ?

EDIT: Fixed!

What are the conditions for which a roundabout will be flagged as “bad”? Both of the major ones in my area, which I drive daily, are being flagged, and I am not aware of any problem with them.
