# Seattle road closure: 9th Ave N NB between Denny Way and John St

I have twice in the past month reported the long-term construction closure of the northbound side of 9th Ave N between Denny Way and John St in Seattle. I recognize this is not reflected in the SDOT map but it is nevertheless closed and has been for the better part of the past year. I also reported this as a map issue via the app in the past and have been told by volunteers that I am mistaken and that the closure is not reflected on any SDOT notification. What can be done to correct this so I am not constantly routed incorrectly?

Best thing is to take a photo showing the blockage. You can post it here, or in the app make a New Place named something like “BOTG Construction Closure”.
