Took me an hour but yes, the answer is in this thread.
My phone is old; LG Optimus S by Spring and only the hand gesture enables the voice control. The three finger tap enabling doesn’t do anything, only the hand gesture (like when the screen goes off when you put it near your ear).
Anyway, it’s easy, the answer is really in your phone 
I’m now a purple monster with a sword (since I finally made it…working on crown now and beyond).

Is there a way to see this icon bigger besides going through the menu? I couldn’t find a way to see it like the way some users see it on iOS devices.
It took MANY tries but I am now also a purple monster + sword … a big thanks to all the helpful hints b/c I think my hubs was about to divorce me over my crazy obsession with this :mrgreen:

We have TTS in Brazil, but not ASR…
Please, need more tips to activate ASR on iOS under INT server. One more tip, please.

Got it. Right after i got asr working. Phonetics still annoy though. “Speaks” english but uses swedish phonetics. Sounds like mambojambo…

Still struggling with figuring out the right way to do it. I know the “secret words”, but since ASR is not working ROTW I can’t use that information for anything 
You can’t use English TTS in Sweden because everything anyhow is written in swedish. But if you can live with just navigation directions only you can set it to English language and English navigation guidance.
