I’m sure there are a lot of hints regarding the Voice command words etc, but I don’t think there are many regarding how to get Voice command to work if you aren’t on the NA Server. Do you have to hack into the files or something? Half of this thread relates to Android, but I haven’t a clue where I would begin looking into App files on an Iphone without owning a Mac computer (from what I read online). Seems really complicated and I’m not willing to JailBreak my Iphone. Is Waze likely to include Voice Commands for the rest of the world server soon? That’s half of the mystery solved then.
as far as i know u can get mood in uk and sweeden without jailbreak… however not in all Europe… for example in my area (Baltic) u can get this purple mood only if u have jailbreak if we talk about ios… androids can get this mood quite easy but you have to know how and i don t think you can figure it from this topic only because you have to know very specifis info…
Without turning this into an Android vs Apple war, I’d say thats the benefit of the open platform. There are 100’s of decent free file managers out there. Search for ‘file manager’ or ‘free file manager’ in the store and I’m sure you should find one.
No need to jailbreak or root. In fact, on Android you can just connect your phone via USB and access the storage card. Maybe someone with an iPhone that did this can comment if it’s possible in the same way?
Change the one word that most girls say to boys to the one that the guys would prefer to hear, and that should solve half the problem. ASR the key to unlock…

Yes you can in whole europe without jailbrake your iPhone. There could be some specific situations offcourse, but it should work everywhere in europe…

It should technichally be like that but it is not and mods confirmed that. For ex. in my area (Part of Europe) using iphone 4s i can t unlock the mood without jailbreak with jailbreak it is 2 min work… but you can get the mood on androids without hacking… tested on desire hd… however if this topic is active some more time it is getting very close that some1 will reveal step by step directions… so we shouldn t worry about this so much… but until that the mood is quite fun 
There are more than 1 phrases to get the mood… all of them worked on my iphone 4s but only 1 on desire hd so i don t think it depends on your location rather on your device or waze version… 
We have at least one UK user who has the mood with a non-jailbroken iphone.

However I can confirm that you can get the monster in Europe on both iOS and Android without Jailbreaking or Rooting the device. Also no special (i.e. beta-) version of Waze is needed.

How would one use a file manager to look inside Waze to access the Voice Command? Or is that the mystery? I downloaded a couple of file managers in the app store but I’m not quite sure what they do or how I actually put Waze into it. It seems like they’re just document folders, but obviously with waze being an app, I can’t get it onto my desktop to be able to put it into the ‘file manager’.
I’m abit too computer illiterate in this kinda stuff…
