Steps to reproduce this issue:
- Open the Permalink and click the “Events” sidebar.
- Click the “2026 Tour de Taiwan-TPE” event and click the “Closures” tab.
- The ‘Select event segments’ button is incorrectly anchored to the third card and moves along with it when scrolling.
