# Special Event Road closures

I work for the City of Allentown, PA. I would like to be able to upload road closures to this platform for specific times when parts of the city will be closed. The hope is to make navigation around the event(s) easier by uploading them here. How would I go about doing this?

Thank you very much. We have a smaller event on 11/2 but the one that will have a bigger impact on drivers is on 11/9.

Some one will still be reaching out to you, but I wanted to mention that starting a partnership to allow the city to upload events itself can take a couple weeks to process. However, we have several editors from around PA that can enter the closures for the two events for you in the meantime.
We just need to know the event name, website (if the event has one), and the road closures. That would be the roads, between which intersections, date, and the times of the closures. For example a list of streets formatted something like: 1st St between Ave A and Ave C, 11/02/19, 09:00-15:00
We may also be able to get a push notification sent out to local users about the event, though maybe not in time for the 11/2 event.

I figured that it would probably take some time to build that partnership. I’m just excited to actually be able to start using this rather than merely a social media posting.
Where would you want me to send the road closure list? I already have one built for the large event and can very quickly create one for the smaller one this weekend.
