Looking at this section of road I don’t think it should be split as there are no barriers in the middle of the road. If consensus of opinion agrees that it should be one 2 way section then I will edit it.

Absolutely. Looks like a hang-over from basemap.
You could also remove the splits from the side road junctions too, make them simpler.
Although maybe leave the left feeder on Burghfield Rd.

OK kinda what I was thinking only problem now is my login to the editor has just stopped working I can login everywhere else just not the editor.

Restart your browser and try again.
I just logged into the dashboard and went straight through to the editor without issue.
