Hi level 4-5 editors, would like to request for lock levels of the following segments be lowered to (3). Vehicles travelling from Tagaytay along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay road should be able to make a right turn into Buhi road, but this is not possible in the current street layout. Thanks.
