# Subject: Waze support map update request: Address changes/complaints

Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request: I live at [REMOVED] Cobaki Road, Carool, New South Wales, Australia. Waze consistently directs me on an incorrect route which cannot get to my home - it believes there is a road from Carool village to Cobaki village - there is no such road at all. Please correct your maps.

Thanks for your report. Waze automatically routes you to the closest street from where your address pin is. As you’ve discovered, this isn’t always right. I’ve gone ahead and added a fix. Please allow 48 hours before changes appear on the map. If you continue to have problems, please don’t hesitate to let us know 🙂
