Steps to reproduce this issue:
Suggestion not Added message shown though the suggestion was successfully added.

Steps:

  1. Suggest a Road Addition [Tested with L1]
  2. Accept it [Tested with L6]
  3. Check the accepted SaE Card.
  4. Message is shown for both the users (Suggestor and Acceptor)
