Try to send private message to some active Indian editors, because looks like they do not watch/read forum so often, but when sending private message, they will got an email and might respond faster.
PS. All Indian editors have Telegram/Whatsapp group for faster unlocks etc. I think if somebody responds to you, ask for invite.
