Traffic Lights not working

Hi,

In South Africa, traffic lights that are not working are a common problem. There’s isn’t a quick and easy way to report it. I often simply use a general hazard, but typing the text in that the traffic light is out is a pain, especially when driving. Sending it later defeats the purpose of reporting it.
