Hi, I got a treasure chest yesterday and won a car phone mount. The message I got when I ran over the chest said that I would be receiving an email with details but I have yet to receive it. Does anyone know about how long the email takes to be sent?

I did get after about 24 hours.
I got my email a couple of days after getting my $15 Amazon.com gift certificate. 
Too bad it isn’t valid for Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com charges $9 to ship to Canada, haha. Oh well.
I ran over a treasure chest on Friday Dec 18th. I have still not received my email. Is there something els I need to do or should I contact someone?

I found a treasure chest and it said I won a car mount but I have yet to get an email and that was over 5 days ago 
I also ran over a chest on the 2nd day of the contest and it said I won a car mount. The chest disappeared in the next update but I’ve still never heard anything.
Won a ten dollar gift card to amazon, haha my gf and I both had waze on it in the car (WM and Android) and she got if for some reason! But no email yet! 
It seems data is usually not lost but it takes a while for everything to be reflected, usually a few days later, like waze points, new roads, etc! Still love it tho!

As mentioned in another thread, I ran over a $10 Amazon GC as well as the Waze phone mount, but no email… actually, I only got a single batch of emails (about 10-15 in a shot) with road updates, but that was over 3 weeks ago…
In general, I don’t get any emails for road updates… (or anything else)…

Wish there was some in my area… the closest I see any Wazers is 100+ Miles, and the closest Treasure Chest is around 200 Miles away lol…
