Two segments are not closable, neither from prod or from beta WME. Several editors attempted, no success.

Thank you for the report. As I see you are trying to add closures on new created segments, correct?
Updated: I don’t see them in snap-shot mode.

They are indeed missing from snapshot mode. However, they are visible in the livemap. According to the history, they should have been included in the current version of the map.

I opened the link and see that closures were added yesterday. Is the issue still reproducible on some segments?
The case is that it is not possible to close a recently created segment, until the segment is fully created by a map update. I found this information also recently in Wazopedia: link here (Separate “Thank you” to Wazopedia gurus 
).

Apparently, a second map update was required to “fully” apply those new segments.
