Reason: New speed restriction to 60 kmh along Bacchus Marsh-Balliang Rd, from Griffith St roundabout to level with the end of the Bacchus Marsh Trotting Club / Recreation reserve, likely due to new property development between Tilley Dr and Kerrs Rd, and increased activity with new sporting fields on the Recreation Reserve.  
Segment ID 104535116 may need to be split, level with the end of the Reserve.

Unlock to level: 1 (or amend as described)

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have made the changes to the speed limit. Please check the map again in a few days after the map has been rebuilt to confirm the speed limits are correct.
