Down to L2.
I’ve downlocked the whole of the L4 stretch as although they may be correct, the speed limits are yet to be verified so you can tick those off too.

Speed limits applied and verified all the way to the A10 roundabout, apart from [https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=-0.01033&lat=52.04890&layers=3047&zoom=5&segments=300981296,300981279](https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=-0.01033&lat=52.04890&layers=3047&zoom=5&segments=300981296,300981279) which I have just modified.
