Unfortunately one of these segments is part of a junction box and can’t be unlocked. Looking at the URs in the area, I’m not clear as to which turns are restricted. Can you provide some more information (and your information source) and I’ll make the changes.

So the left turns from Southbound Burloak to Eastbound Red Oak, and from Eastbound Red Oak to Southbound Burloak are both restricted.

I’ve updated SB Burloak left to Red Oak, but the URs in the area suggest WB Red Oak left onto SB Burloak so that is the change I’ve made.
