I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).  
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: I think there should be lane guidance there and/or maybe even here ([https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=27.61268&lon=-99.46614&s=4398083446036&zoomLevel=20&segments=510365343](https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=27.61268&lon=-99.46614&s=4398083446036&zoomLevel=20&segments=510365343)) cause that intersection is kinda confusing. The opposing direction has lane guidance so I say why not here.

I made some changes that will hopefully help some.
