Thanks for your report - this is a very slow and cumbersome method of reporting a closure, sadly. If it is a short term one, the best method is via your app, using the orange button and then hitting the “closures” tab which has the red/white barrier icon and report it there.
For longer term closures we’d love to know the scope (24 hr vs overnight only) and total duration.
