Reason:
I own the building right next to this segment. It is closed for construction for at least a month. The I-94 ramps are open but the Jackson Rd bridge segment over the highway is closed to both directions.

I would unlock it for you, but if it is closed it will need a Real Time Closure and not an edit. Closures can be added by editors ranked R3 and above. I see from MDOT that it will be closed until 4/30, please let us know if it opens sooner or takes longer than planned.
