Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Permalink: [Waze Map Editor](https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=39.60461&lon=-75.11138&zoomLevel=14&segments=31669194)
Reason: Looking to update the speed limit.
Unlock to level: 1

Thank you in advance,

Hi - segment is L1 now - BTW you can suggest new speed limit and other editors will just approve it. Each approved suggestion will count as edit for you.
