attach the school name, phone #, and website if applicable, with the address fields filled out (house number, street, city).

change category to school.

a school should be a polygon, with fence-line area. “Fence-line areas shall be landmarked from fence line to fence line to include all parking lots, roads, and anything associated with the property.”
