A turn needs to be marked as allowed, I think this road needs to be unlocked to allow the edit.

I don’t see any turn there that should be marked as allowed. The right turn on the segment you selected is disallowed because there’s a separate right turn lane on that intersection.

Nevermind…I see the left turns are marked as not allowed. \
