Bridge segment over I-81 identified only by the highway “John Marshall Highway” which does not appear on any signage for the road. Intent is to rename this with other segments to put the state highway numbers as the primary name and the alternate name as John Marshall Highway and thus consistent with exit signage and road designations actually there.
Adjacent segments of this road to the North have already been renamed. “John Marshall Highway” appears only on small ‘dedication’ road signs typically not even in conjunction with the route designation signage for this road.
