UR's missing from Feed tab

The issue is still present for me in Prod and BETA.
Also have other members of the Australian community experiencing this issue (but aren’t BETA testers so can’t see this post).

I am still seeing the issue on NA Server

Hi, a non-beta user in Australia has brought to my attention that the feed hasn’t updated in the last 2-3 days for those of us who can still see the feed. This is occurring in both beta and prod. I have attached a screenshot where the reporter has replied to the UR but the feed doesn’t show this. I did think it was strange that the report I made the other day didn’t appear in the feed.

I think the feeds are back to Prod & Beta, But its showing today’s URs only even with clicking “Load More”, And I am not sure if it will get updated if the user replied or not.

But its appearing in Prod in very light color as you see in the screenshot, I am not sure why is that, but they are clickable.

Edit: After refreshing the feeds, it appears in the normal color.

It looks like they’re back for me. I will keep an eye on them and report if it changes.

Edit: It was just a small batch (again). Looks like the old ones don’t get back, and only few new ones.

Could I ask you to check again if feeds are still empty on your side? The team has just added a new fix to WME beta and Prod.

They highlighted that you still might have some issues you expect to see missing, but you shouldn’t get http error 500 and an empty feed at the moment.

Mine have returned now.

The feed in both WME production and WME beta appear to be functioning correctly for me. I also no longer see the previously reported internal server error 500. Thank you! :smiley:

Since this case doesn’t seem to be very common and is getting outdated, we will automatically close this bug now.
