I can’t fill out the form wthout signing in, and somehow there is no way to sign in, I only get another sign in prompt.
That is strange, are you already logged into Google within your browser?

Check your editor profile. You may have been added to the MR
I just look at the profile and the raid area is not added. Raid leadership will have to chime in on whether you got successfully registered or not. I am sure someone will come along shortly.
