I just spotted this very [Old UR](https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=-0.02427&lat=51.50109&zoom=2&mapUpdateRequest=6088389&mapProblemFilter=0&mapUpdateRequestFilter=0&venueFilter=0&update_requestsFilter=false&problemsFilter=false) Just want to know how this could happen. Also can I go back to 1991 since I was 16 then. 😃

We’ve seen a few of these before. I believe it happens when there is a mismatch between the clock on the device and the clock on the Waze servers.
