Was this driver using Waze?

I’m really hoping these two events are not linked as it would be a bad advert for Waze drivers!
This happened on the pedestrian/cycle bridge in Cambridge back in January : http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/News/The-moment-a-car-crossed-cycle-bridge-07012013.htm

Then this auto UR was generated recently in Waze (same bridge): https://world.waze.com/editor/#?zoom=6&lat=52.19593&lon=0.1404&layers=BFTFFTTTFTTFTTTTTTTTTFT&segments=144019321

I’m hoping/assuming it’s just a moped or cyclist using Waze.

Another cyclist screwing up the traffic data…

Even a moped would screw up the data as they can avoid jams.

We ought to be able to report dodgy behaviour like this so users could be prevented from at least supplying traffic data…
