If I remember correctly there’s a suitable hotel with plenty of parking and conference facilities on the northern bypass. It used to be the Moat House. Not sure what it is now.

Hounslow sounds good for me can get the Train from Harold Wood to that side of London. This way I can drink Beer. 
I like the idea of drinking Beer - especially if it’s Hobgoblin! Lets hope the hotel they choose is near one of the Piccadilly Line stations?!

Do we know which hotel is being used yet? (All we’ve been told so far is that it’s likely to e in Hounslow) Surely the organisers would’ve needed to have booked by now?
