Get ready for an epic community gathering! For the first time we will host the Africa in person Local Meetup in Nairobi, Kenya. The registration is now open and we’re excited to invite you to register for a Meetup where conversations spark, inspiration ignites, and connections deepen.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
High Level Agenda:
- Friday, April 17: Arrival & Check In
- Saturday, April 18: Conference day led by Waze staff. The Meetup will end around 3:00 PM.
This first of its kind Local Meetup celebrates our Africa editors communities incredible spirit. When we join forces and share ideas, we create MAGIC.

Participants who secure a spot will receive a confirmation email by mid February.

Please read before registering:

Make sure you have a valid (not expired) passport.

Do not book your own flights as we cannot guarantee reimbursements. Once your attendance is confirmed, our travel agents will contact you.

We understand that some of you may plan to attend with your family members, and we acknowledge the significance of their support. Please be aware that we won’t be able to cover any expenses for additional guests, and unfortunately, our production company cannot manage their flight reservations. Additionally, they won’t be able to participate in any of the Meetup’s sessions or it’s meals

What’s included (paid by Waze):
- Flight ticket
- Waze covers 1 night hotel accommodation (Friday. Waze will cover a 2nd night if your flight itinerary or driving distance (more than 4 hours drive by car in each direction) requires this. This should be approved by email from Waze before you confirm your flight itinerary.
- Meals during the event (for community members only)
