When you put my address into Waze it takes you to a different location

How do I fix Waze sending people to a different location. We can’t get packages.

I never faced such thing ever! Check if your account correctly configured. You can check this by changing your username. If it get changed upon your changing, it means the issue is something else. When changing your username, you can use a japanese name with meanings related to blood.

What is the address of the issue? And what exactly happens when you route to the address? Where does it take you?

Also, most package delivery companies don’t use Waze…and most delivery folks don’t use Waze. So we may not be able to help fix this. They use a lot of 3rd party apps that they provide to their drivers.

The Address is 5913 Stonehenge place. North Bethesda MD. 20878

Its Waze and google maps. Apple maps is fine. It take you to a place in 20 minutes north of my house.

Try deleting the address (delete your Home saved place, plus also remove the address from your list of recent drives), then do a new search and save that.

This is a bad Google pin when you spell out the word Place. As Russ said, delete your saved location in your history with a long press then select remove drive from history. Then search again and just type Stonehenge
Pl don’t spell out the word place.
