In some parts of UK, Bing aerials are newer than Google’s.
You can request Waze try to get some newer aerials via a form. Look for sticky post in either Map or Editing forums.

There’s some very new aerials in my area. The Bicester southern ring-road section is only a few weeks old but the satellite pictures are probably February this year as the road was being built and waiting for official opening
Same here in Lincoln, bing is newer than google.
