WME Local Issues Guidelines

Hi Pirates,

We’d like to first thank Vince and Russ for all their continuous support with the WME Beta bugs and remind you to please follow the guidelines when submitting a bug.

To better support you with WME Local issues, we’ve decided to have a WME Local Issues Forum.

What is a WME Local Issue?

A WME Local Issue is:

  • A specific issue related to a specific map entity.
  • An issue that is not reproducible in other countries or environments.

Examples of WME Local Issues:

  • A segment that cannot be deleted.
  • A specific place that disappeared.
  • A UR/PUR that you cannot delete.
  • A closure you cannot delete.

If you have a WME general question, please contact your SCM. The forum is meant for bug reports only .

When submitting a WME Local Issue please:

  • Search the forum first to make sure the issue wasn’t reported.

  • Make sure the issue is not widespread, meaning that you cannot reproduce it in other countries or environments.

  • Make sure you add the country in which the issue occurs.

  • Make sure the issue is reproducible with all scripts and extensions off.

  • Make sure you provide the exact steps to encounter the issue so our team can properly test it.

  • When relevant, make sure you add a permalink and screenshots or screen recordings.

  • Specify if the issue is happening in beta only or also in prod.

  • Post one issue per thread.

  • The first response will be within 48 business hours for non-urgent issues.

  • You are welcome to use this template to report an issue:

  • Country:

  • Beta/prod:

  • Steps to reproduce the issue:

  • Permalink:

  • Screenshot/screen recording:

All hands on deck!
