Hi,
Due to the existing congestion at the south end of the Allen Road in Toronto; I am wondering if we should demote Allen Road to MH functional classification.
Even though that road is indeed a freeway; It is not the ideal route from the 401 to downtown Toronto.
The University Avenue corridor is often a better route, along with Black Creek Drive/ Weston Road
