Could you please unlock (currently L4) the two small roundabouts. I’m L3. Don’t know why they have been locked, but the site has been further developed and needs updating.

Done. You appear to have quite a few revcons, u-turns enabled at junctions and soft turns throughout the town which you might like to have a look at too.
